Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fridays you can drop off your clothes anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday you can drop off your clothes between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your laundry. We offer ECOs detergent, or we have a free and clear option for people with sensitive skin or allergies. We also offer Oxi Fresh sanitizer and Shout to pretreat spots.
Wash and fold is $2.50/lbs. If you need your clothes back the same day it is 20% more.
Our minimum for wash and fold orders is 15 pounds.
Generally, most orders are ready for pickup in 1-2 days. You will receive a text message when your order is ready.
No, we do not. We never mix our client's clothes together. This leads to cross contamination and mix ups.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services six days a week.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.25 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.50 a pound.
Yes. The minimum order is $40.
The turnaround time for pickup and delivery is 1-2 days.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and input your information. It takes less than 2 minutes.
You do not. Just let us know what secure location you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can let us know if you have any specific instructions. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. We don't have you sign a contract because we will know you will stay with us as long as we provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
